Healthcare Cost Estimator Tool
See your estimated out of pocket costs for medical services. This online tool gives you estimates based on your personal health benefits. Log into your Moda Member Dashboard to get started and click on “Healthcare Cost Estimator.”

IDX Identity Protection
Use IDX to keep your financial and medical information safe. IDX constantly scans to detect suspicious activity related to your identity. This includes monitoring your credit, health claims, changes in your address, court records and payday loans. IDX also uses CyberScan™ dark web monitoring. Log into your Moda Member Dashboard to enroll in IDX at no cost you.
